Hello All

Here is a 'free' pick-up which will equip the player with a 'Zoom Mode' item which allows a 'Full Screen' zoom.
Use 'right Mouse button' to use zoom.
There is a 'Read Me' file in the zip with more information.

If you just put and HUD on it to make it appear when you zoom then it would look like binoculars.

Sorry I missed your post, I did not want to create binoculars this time because I was interested in seeing what a full screen zoom would look like during game play (without a HUD). Plus I wanted to see how it would work with the type of files used (gunspec).

I know this is not an original concept but I liked the idea of the player being able to find and use the zoom item as a pick-up item which the user could use in a RPG type game.
I have been messing about with the zoom function for a while now which you can see the results in the two following links.

Please Note
