On many forums i have seen, there's always like a role-playing thread. I don't know if it will work here because i don't know everyone yet or how they feel, but i will give it a try.

I will be the "DM" and we can use an online random number generator as a "dice" for battles.

Here is what I have so far:
Each level needs double XP from previous level
Character stats: HP, MP, dark-power, holy-power, neutral-power, strength, speed, accuracy, physical-resistance, magical-resistance
Final stats (with equipment): Attack, defense, evasion, magic-defense, magic-evasion

Anyone got some ideas for classes and monsters or even stats that i missed (but not too many stats or it will get complicated)? This is just for fun so silly characters are welcome.

HP: Infinity + whatever you say (In darkbasic pro code:

Defence: 0 (who needs defence when you have infinity?)
Attack: 5 on modays, 6 on Tuesdays, 7 on Wednesdays, 75 on Thursdays, 10,000 on Fridays, He's over 9000! on Fridays, and 1 on Sundays.
Sp. Attack: 0 due to lack of effort.
Sp. Defence: Infinite heath dudes.
Speed: 45

We used to have a game kinda like this (though not stats based) going on, probably about 5 years ago now where people in the thread were (if I remember rightly) fighting in some kind of vaguely post-apocalyptic war. You just posted a description of what you did after the previous people.
It was pretty fun, raiding enemy compounds and stuff - does anyone still have the link? xD

High school ends when you finish a grade here in the US. lowest age I think you can be to finish high school is 17. Then you enter college.

This sounds like a really fun idea but we should probably try to set some rules for it before everyone starts creating characters and things like that.

I would love to create a bot to handle something like this. It would read the forum thread and look for "commands". It could handle all the stats for every character and calculate the results of fights. Perhaps you could also use the PM system for handeling personal info like seeing your own stats at any time or for some sort of inventory management. If any of you are interested, I could try to create some thing like it.

We could turn this into the orb game. That'd be fun.

Intro

The goal in this game is to get the magic orb from the person that currently has it. You can use all of your imagination to get it, and you can even use the magic orb to cast some magic spells.

Rules

*Killing people is not allowed
*Destroying the orb is not allowed
*Your post MUST make sense with the general plot and must be coherent with what the previous users said. If you're on the moon, you can't suddenly be at McDonald's eating chips, you have to explain how you move about in this world.

Example

User1: I have a magic orb.
User2: I hit User1 on the head with a stick and steal the magic orb.
User1: I hit User1 on the head and steal it back. This time I hop on to my motorbike and ride off!
User3: I jump out from behind a tree with a large pole and shove it through the spokes of the front wheel of the motorbike, catching the orb in mid air. User1 is flung forwards further down the road as I run off with the orb.

etc.

I'll start.

I can roll with this...

nonZero sends a cheerleader squad to steal the orb. He's not sure why he wants it but he steals it anyway... or so he thought: cheerleaders are not that stupid as to pass up the chance to have the orb so they disappear into the Swiss Alps with the orb, leaving nonZero feeling like a fool.

A squad if cheerleaders has the orb.

TheZoq2 who just experienced being robbed by a group of cheerleaders becomes mentally unstable and gets put in a mental hospital. A few days later, while being transported in a helicopter to a new hospital, zoq hears a voice from the mountains below. For some reason, all the patients being transported had parachutes and zoq jumps out of the helicopter while nobody is looking. Guided by the power of the orb, he wanders towards the voice calling him. Eventually he sees group of cheerleaders that are standing on the ledge of a crack in the glacier with the orb. Zoq runs towards them to take the orb but before he can get to them, the helicopter lands and picks him up. The cheerleaders get scared by the sound of the helicopter and toss the orb into the glacier.

The orb is now in a glacier in the Swiss Alps

Zach called Chuck Norris on his cell phone. Chuck Norris went right through the mountain to get the orb. Chuck Norris gave Zach the Orb. Zach noded as Chuck Norris flew up in the air to his house in The Sun. The group questioned how Zach got Chuck Norris's number. To which Zach replied, "Chuck Norris doesn't answer his phone in time of need, he waits for the phone to answer him."

Zach now has the orb with the America flag tattooed on it with Chuck Norris's signature.

Zach obeys because mutineers are punished in nASA. nonZero has the orb but a large bird flies in, snatches it from his desk an flies back out the window. It takes nonZero two hours to notice, but...

A mysterious bird has the orb.

Wasp gets bored at work because there's nothing to do and her stupid manager is all "you get paid to be here" and tells her to help clean the office (I'm not going to!!!!!!!). I have now been released from the mental hospital which also made me stop talking about myself in third person . Even though im no longer in trauma from being robbed by cheerleaders, I still want to get a hold of that orb. While walking home from the store, I hear the orb calling to me again, this time from inside an office. I walk into the office, find the manager and I ask him if he has any jobs open. He tells me that one of his employees didn't clean the office and that he needs a cleaner so I take the job. While cleaning I find the orb in a display case and take it with me. I realise that cleaning sucks and I resign after I found the orb. I have the orb

mr Handy gets the orb from Ebay. Why The Zoq2 was selling it is unknown. $0.99 + free delivery to North Pole is pretty cheap. Now mr Handy is the orb owner.

The reason Zoq sold it so cheap was because it was fake, zoq still has the orb and handy has a bomb

Wasp gets bored at work and logs into tgc. Seeing this, she decides to sneak off to the bathroom and use her instant teleport magic to simply bring the orb to her. She then makes 10 boxes. Inside 9 are traps that send you to another planet and inside 1 is the orb. She then hides to watch other people try and get the right box.
