This game looks cool just a few suggestions:

The snow texture on the ground looks like it needs a little variety , some dark shades here and there maybe to balance it out , the army guy model looks a little boxy from certain angles , and that backdrop or sky texture could use a little touching up , a little variety in that aswell , thats just judging it by looks , I'm sure if u've come this far then u'll have a nice demo running , other than that it looks awesome keep up the good work

Oh also some of them outdoor walls/fences seem a little plain , maybe some higher walls and shorter walls here and there , those indoor shots look awesome man .. I'll be keepin an eye on this for sure

just saw this after seeing BTM this morning they are looking great after playing BTM demo the only real gripe i had with it were the controls and thats one major thing that will put players off most people out there prefer to use the W,A,S and D keys to move A and D being side stepping and i would prefer that you have the mouse set up to shoot instead of another run/walk combo it was just far to tideous to use the spacebar to shoot, don't get me wrong i am not knocking on the game but the controls have to be right or you haven't really got a game

SNOW ISLAND

Getting closer to releasing the first beta version of Snow Island, release will depend on completion of certain models and textures that will be in Beta 1 so could change.

Wow, that's actually pretty cool. I like it. The running's kinda funny, but maybe just adjust his a speed a little and it'll be better. I must say it look very good.

Good work.

Although the guy kinda looks funky walking, he appears to be very responsive, that's awesome. Just speed up the dinos a hair and you will have the next Star Wraith on your hands dude. Except...it's not really a space sim...y'know what I mean.

hi osc, glad you like the look of the game, the game world as i like to call it is just created with good olde darkbasic, plains, models and lights, shadows are just created by the shadow command in darkbasic but take up a lot of system resources and don't show on all graphics cards, so this feature is optional in Snow Island which can be selected from the options menu, watch out for the trailer coming soon which shows a little more of Snow Island
