I don't honestly think you can just shutdown terrorism. Even if we kill down all the organizations, leaders etc... there will always be the radicals who will fight for their cause.

Yeah, I know, it's like trying to shut down theft or murder. I didn't mean stop terrorism, I meant stop organized strikes like this - they require coordinated groups of people with a lot of money and a lot of time to plan. Surely there's some way to end events such as 9/11 and now this.

yea, true. what contry will be attacked next?

and bush didnt "fight back", he needed an excuse to go and invade Iraq, and he used the terorest attack on 911 to get over there, and then, well... we all know the rest. the CIA new there were no WMPs, and i bet they told bush and he ignored them.

my sympathees to all who were injured or killed and there loved ones and friends.

I wasn't talking about Iraq, I was talking about the (pathetically small) activity in Afganistan, where bin Laden is actually hiding right now (probably). It's very little, but it's better than anyone else has done.

I think have firearms is completely wrong because that means any one can get hold of them....ie terrorists, this world is going downhill, if someone doesn't stop these terrorists (that includes our world leaders, most of them including Blair and Bush are terrorist leaders are terrorists) and well the world will fall aparts, with Nukes as weapons that would mean fall apart literally. That's one of the most obscene pieces of misinformation... get your facts straight, kid. The kind of bombs set off in London today could be made by any high school kid with materials purchased from a drug store. If you're talking about Iran-Contra, those were warheads being sold, not pipe bombs.

well, true it won't, its better than none of it going away, only if explosives were never discovered/invented.

The best way to stop terrorist attacks is not to annoy the terrorists (or train them or put them into power, I'm not going to use that countries name, too obvious) you see these terrorists haven't attacked France, Germany, Korea, China or Japan have they? Because unlike England and America they keep their noses out of it and don't try to police the world, and well these are the concequences we face for our government, which is why I want to set up my own political party to work good for england, even if it never gains power over england

President Bush made a very good statement about what happened.
On one hand you have people (UK, US, RUSSIA, JAPAN ETC..) trying to slove the aids and poverty problems, trying to save lives, help the environment, and then you have this other group whom I will not name (you know who im talking about)killing people for no reason. Bottom line, group two is the real scum of the earth. They can throw all their brainwashed ideas at us and make us the bad guys, but if they had an ounce of intelligence, they would know how ####### stupid they are. Now since the european stock market has been hit badly, all those other nations might start caring about terrorism. Even if they do start now, I still have no respect for them.

These attacks could not have been planned and set up over night, UNLESS an established group with pre made bombs and members carreid out the attacks. I also think this wasnt by a middle eastern based terror group, because they would have blown them selves up. These people had sense enough not to kill them selves. Its wasnt a random car bombing, they were well planned and executed bombings.

Ehhh babble over...

IS LEE AND MIKE OK?>/!?!!?!

It is damn sad that people would rather blame their leaders for events like this than the people that actually commit the crime. So, blame it on Bush. Blame it on Blair. But remember, Bush was barely in office when 9/11 happened. That attack had nothing to do with Bush's policy or agenda. It also happened BEFORE the war in Iraq (whether you believe that war is justified or not).
Political decisions are ALWAYS a game of the lesser of two evils. Every time you help someone, you piss someone else off. If you choose to help no one, you piss everyone off. Allies are much harder to find than enemies.

I blame both leaders and terrorists, leaders p*** them off badly by attack their country and killing their people, and its the terrorist's fault for killing innocent people as well, as said earlier one man terrorist is another's freedom fighter, our leaders look like freedom fighters to us and terrorists to them, we do what they do to us, they're as bad as each other, doesn't any one ever realise killing is completely wrong?
