Cyan lightmapping or any other colour ONLY works if you have textures that support that type of light mapping and you didn't.And one of my rulz that I stick to is don't use a single bright light...NEVER EVER it looks extremely bad.Rather use a few ranged lights this gives you nice smaller shadow area's.
The style of lightmapping is sightly better but the brightness can be turn up a little

I do not have problems with any of the shaders.If there is any flickering it's a problem with your hardware or a problem the wall floor box ect...
