I don't know what it says either. Probably something like "Crush the imperialist Americans!" or something to that extent. There are many other propaganda posters if you're interested, with the majority of them wreaking havoc on Americans. North Korea is a racist country from the government and out, that's for sure (and undebatable).

Here's a great one I saw of Kim Il-Sung and the world leaders. You can even see George W. Bush in there

You're most likely speaking of South Korea then, not North Korea.

As earlierly mentioned, in the game Mercenaries, I believe Kim comes out also in it. Or some Korean higher up official.

Yeah if it was North Korea, they would've killed him (No offense, they'd kill me or any other american if they went there). Or he's a master at shadow stalking.

Hmm... Let me recall...

Okay, level one he's at that cave hmm.. was that in Korea?
Yeah, I think so, because in the level where they launched those nukes and he's trying to shut em down, I believe those guys were Koreans. Or when he's at the office building, and everyone talks in english with no accent. Great game.
