Shaun of the Dead - Because it is hilariously funny, sort of mocks Dawn of the Dead and other horror movies, the people who made it have a great sense of humour.

Dawn of the Dead (remake) is the best from that list. Then I'd say Resident Evil, then 28 days later. Land of the Dead is utter garbage, Apocolypse is ok, but nothing great, and Shaun of the Dead isn't really a true zombie movie .... good comedy spoof, and I do enjoy it, but a zombie movie should really be a horror.

Although Shaun of the dead was completely halarious, I find 28 Days Later to be my pick.

I just loved the story, and how it was put together. It was a great movie.

Silent Hill they did pretty good with that license...though would that be considered a zombie movie? for some reason, horror games poped ("poped" ain't a word, firefox tried to change it to "pooped", lol?) in my head when you asked

Silent Hill was great, an excellent plot and well executed, surprised that my Silent Hill game-play consists only demos of Silent Hill 1 and 3, so was Hills have Eyes (Okay, they were mutants, not Zombies, but what they hey) can't wait for Hill have Eyes 2, looks amazing.

Gotta disagree. I thought the Silent Hill plot was a bit lame. The premise was quite good, but it felt poorly executed and was just added as a vehicle for all the special effects. I did enjoy the movie though. Had great atmosphere, monsters, and special effects, just didn't really get anything out of the characters or story.

Wouldn't quite class it as a zombie movie, although those zombie nurses were quite fit for hideously deformed dead people.

Silent Hill was alright, but to me it's just a copy of any other recent horror movie. I don't get why all these film makers are obsessed with little girls.

I can think of a reason why...Come to think of it a film fanatic I know seems to be obsessed with little girls... He wrote an extremely sick pedo story and got expelled.
