As the topic states. What game(s) is everyone waiting for to come out on PC?!

I have 2 that I'm waiting for first one is the good ol' SPORE!
http://www.gamespot.com/pc/strategy/spore/index.html?q=Spore&tag=result;title;0

The second is Tom Clancys Endwar

http://www.gamespot.com/pc/action/tomclancysendwar/news.html?sid=6171351&om_act=convert&om_clk=multimodule&tag=multimodule;picks;title;6

Spore is set for March 3rd 08!! YAY!!!!

End War looks good because of the stratgistic game play I'v seen.

Thats pretty much it, your turn....

LOST.

It's about the only game I'm totally looking forward to because I love the show and we're now entering an 8 month wait before the next season, but I tend not to get excited about new games these days, too many disapointments recently.

I don't really play games that often, they're all crap.

The only exception are some of the oldies now - StarCraft being my fave.
So, I'm hanging out for StarCraft 2

Hmm... Spore (of course), and Fable 2 when it eventually comes to the PC.

I'd add episode 2, but I currently can't access the Steam network.

@VanB - don't you get bored of Lost? I stopped watching it months (maybe years?) ago - beginning of second series. I got fed up of every episode ending on a cliff hanger and them never actually ANSWERING anything. I KNOW the game will be the same - it will build and build and then leave you with an ending screen of "Coming soon..." or "TO be continued".

At least Heroes (TV Series) actually concluded each episode in the NEXT episode but left enough unanswered to leave you begging for the next one.

Personally, I'm looking forward to the final release of Live For Speed - they're running out of letters for S2 (they're on release W), so S3 must be soon!

@Nick, Nah, for some reason I always look forward to it. Really I tend not to go for these new sci-fi programmes, no time for Battlestar Galactica, never gotten into Heroes, for some reason Lost just fascinates me. I think that it changes every season, and to be honest I got frustrated at how slowly the second season went, especially when explaining what happend to the other survivors - but the writers learned from this, and by halfway through season 2 it's right on track again. This season has been kinda filler, then great, filler, then great, but there's been no breaks, an episode every week, compared to the waits we had with season 2 it seems that Lost is maturing, and a LOT got answered in season 3, just a shame Mr.Eko had to die.

I'd forgotten about StarCraft2, that's gonna be a must buy. I've got 2 games to look forward to now .

Starcraft 2, World of Starcraft

I would love another Prince of Persia.
Maybe add another Metal Gear Solid.

But those are the two series that imo are LEGENDARY.

I wish I could make words larger on this forum, because I really want to emphasize 'legendary' on that.

Well, I know both of these are out already, but I'd like to get STALKER and the HL2 Episodes.

Game I'm looking forward to is Crysis, however, no DX10 or Vista on my machine yet, and I don't look forward to spending 700$ to get a game

I have no signature...

Dude, this was not announced. It's a rumour--- even some sites had written about it, but it's not officially announced. They're not going to announce StarCraft II and WOS in the same month

Games I'm looking forward to:

- Spore
- The Incredible Machine DS (not announced, but would be cool)
- Mario Galaxy
- Gottlieb Pinball Collection for the Wii
- Madden 08 (so that I can get a rest finally!)

Dunno really. My GeForce FX 5200 kinda makes it hard to get excited about new games.

Everyone seems to think StarCraft is the bee's knees and it's less than a tenner on play.com, maybe I'll pick up a copy. I could save the money and put it towards a new graphics card but that would never happen.

Line Rider for the DS should be fun.

I have been playing only short games - and not very often. But there is one game that I would really like to play, and it is Fear Effect 3. It is a shame that Eidos cancelled the game.. so I am not waiting anymore

Search for Fear Effect on YouTube [some scenes are not delightful].

I loved FE 1 and 2. Beautiful graphics and sounds, good gameplay et cetera. I forgot to mention this game in the "favorite games" and "favorite scary games" topics.

I liked Fear Effect as well Loiuz, as it had a charm to it. Despite both games not being "amazing" Would've loved to have seen another in the series.

First: Star Wars - The Force Unleashed (For the PS3, I don't have a super-PC.)

I don't think you can have more fun then LITERALLY tossing a storm-trooper through the wall.
The technologies they are using and that will be in the game are incredible. DMM is my favorite.

All though I have to admit that I don't want to cut Jabba the Hutt's belly open with a vibro-blade in that game if they use the stuff on characters.

Second: Lugaru 2.

Lugaru 1 is an awesome game, I play it every day.
It makes you never look at rabbits the same way again. Now every time I see one I check it's hips for knives before picking one up.

I don't feel like getting stabbed in the back, thanks.

Lugaru 2 is supposed to have better graphics, better physics, and a bunch of other stuff.

Third: The next Tomb Raider (Duh).

Fourth: Doom IV (If I get a million dollars to upgrade my PC.)

Fifth: Halo 3 (I know where to find a fire extinguisher for the 360.)

Who will die first?

I think that the next Indiana Jones game is looking pretty cool as well. It uses some of the same technology that's in The Force Unleashed.

Bioshock for me all the way. A frozen-in-time 1940's era underwater city complete with art deco architecture, it's the perfect setting for a beautiful/creepy FPS.

Indiana Jones does have the same technology, but the Force Unleashed allows you to use it a lot more.

Plus, the Force Unleashed is supposed to be simulation based, meaning that there will be no scripting, there will never be a guard at the same post, the levels will be different every time, etc.

Also, all of the levels are going to be made out of DMM, Lucasarts is saying... My question is, how is anything going to keep you out of a locked door? I am sure a stormtrooper grabbing onto a wing (Like in the trailer) would be more then fit to toss through a locked door.

Yeah, it looks amazing (Setting, and all) from the 2 video demos I've seen on GameSpot. The best part is that its out soon!

the new Jedi game for the Wii is "The Force Unleashed", the only one they've anounced or are even working on. It's going to be on the PC, XBOX360, PS3, and Wii. Only the Wii version is going to be cut-down engine wise, and have an entirely different control system.

Some games I think it works for, but others I wish they'd used traditional controls.

Ah ok. I thought that one was that game where a video went around a while back of some bloke chucking a load of things around with the force. Maybe it is. Damn, that probably means then that they are just going to bolt on a quickly put together control system for the Wii. Hopefully will be what we all hoped a while back. You know, decent light saber fighting, force control with the nunchuck thingy, and multiplayer over the web. Me and my mates will use up a lot of projector bulb life if that comes true...

Cheers
