I think he means flash games. Although it is possible to do some sort of homebrew on it using DevkitPro's Gamecube development kit and a special memory card from Datel

You couldn't take something out of a 360, or a PS3 and use it in a PC, so no, the 360 and PS3 are not PC's - stands to reason that a PC component is only a component for a PC when it can actually go into a PC. It's clear that these next gen consoles share a lot of common ground with PC's, but that's more because the PC style components have developed through necessity, it'd just be stupid to complicate matters when all this expensive research and development has already been done.

All those people with 3-reds of death 360's could sell the gfx cards or use them in PC's if that was the case, I kinda wish it was!.

I thought flash 7 games could be played on the Wii? 360 has that also with XNA, though I was dissapointed at the end of last semester when for our Game Production class we made a game in XNA only to find out that only other people in the developers network can actually play it on the 360.
