I made this thread for all my WIP's and projects that are in production or forthcoming.

Right now I'm making a game which I might sell when it's ready. Not sure about that though.

The game's about an archaeologist who goes to an remote island to look for an very old and valuable artifact. There're rumours about the king who hundreds of years ago cursed an army to protect this artifact which was the most important item for the king when he was alive. He even wanted to be buried next to it inside a great mountain which rises in the middle of this remote island. The stories about the old king and the army are only tales of oldsters in the town of course. Still some people believe they're true.

EDIT: My purpose is to make as much detailed and atmospheric scenes as possible without losing a single frame. That means I have to cut the levels very short, especially in outdoor scenes. That isn't bad thing though because it keeps loading times in built game REALLY short. About 15-25 seconds.

I really like the shot from the roof tops. The whole thing has a good island feel to it. Your cave gave me a good idea too.

Best.

I'm sorry, my answers are limited. You must ask the right question.

Thanks xplosys and good to hear my game gave you some ideas

Here's another bunch of screenies. I hope you like them.

EDIT: Screenies are from first Beta of the game which contains first five levels. Some scenes shown in the screenshots are already improved and some are still in need of improving.

Wow, Nigezu. That looks awesome. The texture on the arms lets it all down though. I would change that.

@Inspire
Thank you. I will change the arm texture.

@CoZ
Thanks. The houses come with FPSC. I just retextured them.

Wow, that's an excellent retexture of the house! Also, where did you get that grass? Also: You retextured that palm tree, didn't you? The default FPSC fire decals are horrible. I recommend getting the sprite pack.

Thanks again, Inspire.

I got the grass from this model pack: http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=83581&b=24

I haven't done anything for the palm though. It has the original texture on it.

I know fire decal looks bad. I may remove it completely or replace it with better one.

Very good! I would also say to fix the arm, lower the saturation on the texture (just the camo).

But yeah, immensly impressed

Thanks for your opinions everyone! They really inspire me to stick with this project and improve it even better.

I haven't had much time to work with FPSC. I've been playing with Anim8or and I'm getting in to it. Doing my own models will open a whole new dimension of game making for me that's for sure.

Here's a render image of one of my models I've done so far. I know I can't use the texture in my projects though.

Here's pictures of models I've modelled for a graveyard scene. Textures need some rigging though.

Give me some feedback, please.

Wow Nigezu. Your work has improved significantly since I first joined the forum and saw some of your old stuff...Great job.

Sorry...I have an off-topic question. Didn't you create some horror game which name begins with an "S"? The name escapes me at the moment...But I thought you made it, and it looked really good at the time.

Thanks, Inspire. I really put effort in this one.

I checked my old threads and oh my God I sounded noobish back then. But no, I haven't worked on anything that starts with the ''S''. I have made one horror game ready though. It's called Hidden in Darkness but I think .exe was someway corrupted since people kept complaining about runtime errors.

Looks pretty good! I think that you should use a different (similar) texture for the stairs though, and the pipe in the middle is way to clean and bright.

May I ask where you got that spiral staircase from Nigezu?

Search for "HellHouse" in Showcase.

I modelled it myself.

I'm going to give you my honest opinion. That screenshot is a real letdown compared to the others. Fighting skeletons is extremely lame, and that room doesn't look like an underground place (what is it really?). It is also empty.

I appreciate honest opinions more than anything. I will improve that scene or even remove it completely and change it with something more 'interesting'.

I disagree on that one, IF it fits into the story and IF you make them faster than the player as well as explodable on death, with a nice effect combined, the skeletons are pretty usable enemies.

It`s not a bug, it`s a feature
