Any chance that there will be a GDK or something similar for directx 10? I know that fpsc x10 is coded in c++,so would whatever they are using to develop that be available for c++ users? Because I really want to go gdk,but I'm getting new dx10 hardware soon, and I want to develop games using dx10 and without learning how to use the d3d10 sdk.

Actually, I think it is coded in DarkBasic Pro with added DX10 support. Atleast that's what I thought, hehe.

Nope, mike said it was in c++ using the dx10 sdk. I did a search in this forum and I read that post. Thats why I am wondering if we'll have access to that.

Heres the actual quote from Mike Johnson:
Quote: "
The code for FPS X10 is written using C++ and the DirectX 10 SDK.

Cool that mean that GDK and GDK.NET with Directx10 support is more close that I've all had antecipated!!!

It may be close, but they may also just be coding it using the actual d3d10 sdk and not using any framework like the GDK or anything like that. But if it is developed with an x10 version of DGDK,I'll be happy. I'm buying the x9 gdk anyways, because I have some plans for it...
