Hi, I started my own blog some months back (bit have not had the time to really get stuck in). Anyway, I just added a map from Frappr! - the purpose of this if to get you guys and girls to add your locations to the map so that we can see where you all are. Should be fun!

My basic blog is here:

I've added myself. I think this was done before (year or two ago), but what does that matter? It's only a bit of fun and there have been new members since.

Anyone know if this is the best tool? I'd happily use a something else , it seems a bit low tech.

I made one many many moons ago, but the map resolution was pretty ropey. Was fun though, seeing all those little DB'ers all over the world.

I think it makes it overly complicated to place yourself on the map, why not just let you navigate to where you live, and click and add it?

Hmm, looks like people haven't realised that the map recognises you for your IP address and slaps your own one at the top of the list on your computer and lets you edit it without the need to login etc.

So technically, Cash is at the top.

well seppuku, it seems you (& Higgins it seems) haven't realised that we were infact talking about our geographical location, not the list on the left hand side.

Gave it a try. Reluctant to even look at, let alone allow, a current photo of myself, so I posted one from when I was a spritely 50. However, someone else posted a baby photo, so I'm no higher than second place in the age-paranoia department.

He has, but it's not on the eye you're thinking of, and what's concealed beneath it is too disturbing to even comprehend.

Nope, sorry dude, never heard of Daventry, but then I don't exactly look around locally too much, tend to go around Huntingdon, St Ives and Cambridge and nowhere else.

Ah, cool, so not all far then really, I did apply for Northampton university though, but turned it down - so I could have been closer in September, at a scary distance, but you can relax I've gone a bit more north than that.

Quote: "Seppuku, you are more active than I. I am a kind of house hermit"

I don't have much to do until September - that might explain it.

Yeah well I'm all alone in Tasmania. It's a separate country that lies just south of Australia. We do some trade with "them" as they are referred to, but we prefer to have dealings with close relatives.
