How hard would it be to make a map editor? could it export inMSP formats? Is there a way to export things in Dark Basic Pro?

I would look at XenWorld editor in WIP. And also I would recommend VB for a map editor.....

I don't think you will be able to do that without help from third party plugins.

And maybe you would like to explain that? Darkbasic is perfectly capable of making level editors.

you could make an array or memblock to store the map data, and save that.
