Ugh, how hard is it for manufacturers to realize that glossy screens and one piece track pads are perhaps the most retarded things they could do to a laptop??

I considered that one, but it has integrated graphics. WHEN WILL THEY LEARN

I'm currently considering this one, and I'll choose the options to upgrade to the Radeon graphics and the upgrade from Windows 8 to Windows 7.

What I'm curious about is why they are charging extra to downgrade to smaller hard drives... It'd be really nice if that saved money so I could spec the laptop higher. Yesterday they were charging 50 dollars to downgrade from 8GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM to 4GB of the exact same RAM, but they seem to have fixed it since...

Quote: " No really, I mean it seems people don't talk on it at all. They wear headsets but all you hear is random clicking and static, and on occasion really loud, crappy music."

I hate that. I used to play FIFA a lot on the 360 and people are determined to make the experience as awful as possible for everyone involved. When it's not crappy music or heavy breathing it's people "singing" or just talking absolute bollocks to get attention. Hearing high-pitched snotty little boy voices come over the mic was one of the main reason I stopped playing online on the 360. Children are fecking irritating! I don't want to babysit your 10 year old, I want to relax and play games.

The difficulty in learning is not acquiring new knowledge but relinquishing the old.

God I was good at that game back when I was a kid. I knew all the "pro" tricks such as Z-cancels and L-cancels, spiking, edge-guarding and so on. It's a shame those methods weren't inherited by the following games SSBM and SSBB, it's what made the game challenging.

There's a myth that Z-cancels were glitches, perhaps that's why.

I love SSB! I never played it on the N64, but it was always something I wanted to play when I read about it in the magazines, so I eventually downloaded it for an emulator. A real classic.

"Hostels have destroyed your equipment!"

Does the commander guy in COD even know what a hostel is?

According to Google "hostile" doesn't have a noun form. Regardless, "Hostiles have destroyed your equipment!" makes more sense. Unless a hostel collapsed and destroyed the stuff inside... in which case that would make a bit more sense, I suppose.

Some members I've seen posting that I previously thought were rational have proven not to be by way of stubbornness. While being stubborn is fantastic when the information you're getting is false or simply wouldn't work for you, it's not so helpful in most of the situations I've seen or experienced.

I did the first recording for my YouTube channel today. Now I just have to edit it, get the intro video going, and wait for rendering to complete. I'd rather record some more right now. Meh, procrastination. I'm intentionally leaving the channel name out; I don't care to advertise it at this time.

Also, $20k for porting tools to Linux, written in something that supports Linux already, does not make a lot of sense. Even at $90/hr that's 222.222 hours of work, or a little over 27 work days, or a bit over one work month. I feel that cost is unwarranted, from experience. It doesn't take very much effort to port a Windows GUI app to GTK. Neither the video nor the page have described what the funds are going toward, or why they're needed. It was written as an advertisement for a product that already exists. I'm all for Linux support but more impressive projects were funded for less. (End of rant.)

We are all very sure. I'm spilling the beans, but the AZ2PGA (Anti Zoq 2 Points Gain Association) has collaborated with the mods and site developers to ensure you never get points ever again.

I don't understand the meaning behind the title "baby got back". It's not about an infant returning from anywhere.

Nor is it about a woman acquiring a rear, for that matter.
