Hi guys, I practicing with DBP for a while and I was wondering, what is the most easy game to make?.

I was thinking on pong, or maybe a match game.

What do you guys think?

yup, those would be good starters.

i also remember a few of us having fun bouncing our versions of Roshambo (rock-paper-scissors) off each other a year or so ago. you said "easy" and that should prove pretty damned easy for ya.

Are you sure thats what you think it is, I thought that was something mentioned in south park that involved taking it in turns to kick each other in the family jewels until someone gave in.

Haha, maybe it is. But from my experience Roshambo is pretty much a rock-paper-scissors game. I played a mini-game in Ape Escape Academy once called "Roshambo" and it was pretty much like rock-paper-scissors, only it took place in space .

Anyway, PONG would be a good start, or maybe a number guessing game?

Pong isn't quite as easy as people say because it involves a bit of (fairly simple) physics and collision. It's still a good place to start though if you'd rather start off with a bit of a challenge and some graphics.

Common, pong doesn't have extravagant graphics!, it's just the net, the pads and the ball, and I allready mede those 3...

Pong is pretty simple, it was the first game I made.

Asteroids is a good one too.

The old classic Worm is good too, worm eats a dot and grows eats next dot and grows etc, soon your long enough that your risking running into your tail, tick up a counter after each dot. Trick of the game is to avoid hitting your "tail" and avoid hitting the wall.

Uboats in space...hmmmm. Aces of the Vaccuum?

Yes I would have to agree that Pong isn't all so easy. Maybe a calculator program would be easier to make? (Using PRINT and INPUT, that is).

i would say pong would be a good start (a version of breakout was my first) and btw, "Roshambo" is when you kick each other downstairs until one gives in.
