I'm happy to announce that Variety Model Pack is ready for purchase.

The complete pack costs £8.00 (approx $16.20 / €11.40)

Background:

Quote: "Having been involved in a variety of FPS Creator projects, I have built up a large and varied library of segments and entities. The items in this pack have been selected from various endeavors which never made “final” status.
With themes ranging from science fiction to modern day business, there’s something for every developer in this newly released model pack.
"

The above quote is taken from the Variety Model Pack website. just to make it clear here guys, this pack contains models designed for different purposes, from detailed room entities to entities which are designed for scenery purposes ( like the crane and huge building ). For a full list of the packs contents, as well as other details, please download the Manual

I would be happy to answer questions regarding the pack here (this thread), I'll try and be more active on the boards during this period.

Please travel to the Variety Model Pack websitefor further details and purchasing.

Many thanks to FredP for helping me test this pack.

In the pictures above ( and typically with a lot of FPSC level design ) the floor of level 2 becomes the ceiling of level 1. For example, in the office screenshot in my first post, the floor and walls are from one of the Business segments, the roof is actually from one of the Tech segments.

Try this:

1. Select the Business2 segment from the Variety Model pack segment library.

2. Draw a simple 3 x 3 grid square room with this segment.

3. Press the + (plus) key on your keyboard to move up a level

4. Now select the PlainTech1 segment from the Variety Model pack segment library.

5. Press the F key on your keyboard to draw just floors

6. Draw the roof over the 3 x 3 room using the selected PlainTech1 segment.

7. Press the - (minus) key on your keyboard to move down a level, place a Player Start Marker in your room and build the game.

Awesome-tastic work!

I will probably buy this pack soon. I'm saving my money through October but after that, it's all good.

@ Skelitor

Would you be "The man who knows" ?

I have sent you 3 emails using 2 different addresses. please could you supply me with a different/working email address.

I'm really sorry about this but I have tried all possibilities to contact you. My messages have apparently arrived at their destination so I am not sure what is happening.

Is this pack now free? If so, I'll be so happy, Wehtam! I was planning to buy it, but when I went to wehtam.co.uk/varietymodelpack, it said: sorry, this product is no longer on sale. What would that mean?
