Is there a way to make it so less blood spurts when you shoot enemies. I want to make a T rated game and that is an M rated amount of blood. Is toning it down possible.

Hmmm, the amount of blood that sticks to the walls doesn't seem like a lot, so I'll asume you're talking about the blood decal coming directly off the entities.

To tone that down you can simply make a new Blood decal, the current one can be found at the following path:

FPS Creator/Files/gamecore/decals/blood

All you gotta do is alter that one, or make your own (as long as it fits within the guidelines for decals) then replace that one with it.

Yeah go to your enemy's FPE.

And change this:

---EDIT---

Also...
First delete the dbo, and bin file for that certain character.

I think it should be noted that when someone gets shot in real life, the blood doesn't shoot out of the hole made from the bullet, lol. It just drips out after a second or two, but hey, this is a videogame so we can do what we want.

i think they should change the ratings now, like teen should have blood like this because the blood that squirts out is nothing compared to like halo when its also stuck on walls and ground and in different colours

@Plystire: The blood does actually "shoot" out of the wound, especially if you hit an artery. It will gush more if the wound is near the heart as the pressure is somewhat higher close to the heart. I am not a doctor, but I do know a little something about fluid dynamics. Blood is under pressure. Any pressurized liquid will gush out of a hole made in the "tubing" it flows through. Since force is inversely proportional to the distance from the "pump", the amount of and distance achieved by the fluid as it exits the opening will vary. This all means that if you shoot a guy in the head, he will bleed more profusely than if you shoot him in the foot. (Of course, his foot has smaller blood vessels so there is less blood to lose, but that is not the point.) If you shoot him in the heart, of course, he will lose much, much more than anywhere else.

You know your code sucks when it does what you want before you know what you want.

Yes, protoborg, that is true. But speaking from an instantaneous point of view, the blood will not come out of the wound WHILE the bullet is traveling through their body. The blood and all matter in the way of the bullet will be propelled in the direction of the bullets trajectory.

The blood pumping out of a wound would in no way resemble the decal used by default, lol. It would be more of a pulsating stream.
