Looks pretty good. When its all done are you going to release it all as one big pack? because If I buy, I'd rather just buy it all at once.

I only work with FPSC X9, so I don't know if they will work in X10.

When all the volumes are out, you will have the choice of buying the full pack, or volumes.

Fik, you have no right in accusing me of owning illegal software. If you want to cause trouble, do it elsewhere.

I think I have as you are trying to make money from people.
In past you have been very anti pirate software and accused many of the same. when asked about yours, especially as you have said you are a poor student. The best you ever came up with is that your parents bought it for you.
This forum is so anti piracey and rightly so but doubt has been over you for a long time. I myself have asked you to prove you use a legal copy in the past a couple of times when you have asked/accused others and you have NEVER shown otherwise.
Please prove me wrong Once and for all.

I don't have to prove any thing to you. Quite honestly, I feel you are invading my privacy and attacking me. You might as well accuse every single user that owns 3D Studio Max.

Here we go...And it starts..there is always at least one person, isn't there?

Quote: "The best you ever came up with is that your parents bought it for you."

Well since there are two aways to legally buy this software..

1. Bought with your own money
2. Your parents bought it for you

Seems like a very likely answer, wouldn't you say Flik? This is ridiculous. Higgins is a trusted member of the site and has contributed a few different model packs for the community. Why all of a sudden do you decide to chuck a soap box down and start accusing him? Pretty shady mate. I've known Higgins since the beginning of my game development hobby and have yet to see anything shady come from Higgins besides abrasive comments against other forum members. I think you are barking up the wrong tree with this one Flik. happy witch hunting mate

Best,
Dave

Your usual defence(not one you ever excepted from anyone of the many you have accused). But i'll leave it there again. As I'll probably get slapped for daring to question you. At least new people to board who might think of buying this have been warned to think

Warned about what? The fact that you are accusing Higgins of something that isn't true? I hope the mods delete your posts to this thread. Your completely out of line on this one. has anyone asked Keithc, Jon, Bond or Fredp to prove that they own the software they used to make media for this community? An even better one has anyone asked TheInovator if he owns his software legally and he was banned for some shady dealings..

No they haven't, and with good reason because a person integrity is all that he has. And I believe that all of the above mentioned including higgins all have top notch integrity..

**Names used as an example and in no way imply anything**

Get off of Higgins back...

Regards,
Dave

Fik; you've accused Higgins in the past of not owning the software that he uses, with little result. Why would you feel that you'd get a different answer this time? I suggest that you discuss this issue via e-mail, instead of posting in a public forum without any evidence to back up your repeated claim.

No one here is required to provide proof that they own a particular piece of software, simply because it would be wrong to do so. If someone either admits to pirating software (or participates in it by other means), or shows screenshots of their desktop with all software known to man displayed in icons; they can then be delt with.

Although I am always on the lookout for Pirates; I do not believe Higgins is one of them.

So again, leave this thread to posts that pertain to the reason it was started.

-Keith

Also they have had some student discounts in the past!

Higgins, Top Notch.. Ps. Still havent figured out why my msn blocks your images.

Thats a funny oen, because I was able to send you files at one point. Maybe its a glitch or a firewall getting in the way. But I'm glad you like the models

Thought I'd post a render of the objects:

Higgins, can a straight piece of track be tilted 45 degrees so the track can go from one level to another? I'm interested in doing a mine cart ride an it'd be more interesting if the tracks can go up and down.

Was going to take a break... But I missed FPSC!

Yes they can, but obvously you will have a slight mesh collision? at the bottom and a small gap at the top.

I can always make a 45 degree ramp of track and update the pack with it.

@Nickydude

It will be released today.

There are 4, 45 degree track entities, so you can create huge rollercoaster rides if you wanted!

To be honest, I was kind of busy and forgot about the tracks till I checked my threads this morning.

The 45 degree tracks are finished and have been added to Cave Volume one. I will be sending every one who has Volume one a patch to install the new entities.

Here is a video of the new tracks: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D4hIX4eHCJ8

How does this work in FPSC? Does the train follow the track or is that something that must be programmed? Im a bit lost. I was trying to do something like this in DBP a while back but I wasnt able to handle the programming.

Thank you TGC for creating such amazing products!
