First off: Sorry about the spelling error on the tittle!

Chronicles of Xavi is a fantasy, puzzle, and kind of an adventure game. It will be a multiple game series (I pray) and will be out some time around late March or early April, if everything moves as planed.

Prologue: When Xavi was a little kid, the evil Redrias storm his home town and killed every one a every thing. Due to the hate towards the Redrias, Xavi seeks a combat trainer and trains for10 years to try and get back at the Redrias.

Game play: Now you play as Xavi when he has now turned into a man, and is the best swords man out there. His swordsmen skill had become so good, that the Redrias went into hiding in fear of Xavis skills. Now its up to you to find where they're hiding, by ANY means necessary!

Wow. These look fantastic! Great job on the environment. Although, the textures look a little washed out and bland. Maybe edit them with a little more saturation?

Maybe put some entities like benches and things like that in the big open space in the second picture. It seems a little empty. The overall feel is not really castle-ish but more estate courtyard-ish, if you know what I mean. If that didn't make sense to you, don't worry about it. I couldn't really tell by the pictures as to what the framerate is, so I can't give any suggestions as to how to lower framerate.

I also need a sword so if you find one, send me the link to the thread that it's on if you can. I know that Jon Fletcher is making a Fantasy Pack for FPSC with weapons, characters and other stuff. It's looking fantastic. Just a notice, it's not free.

No problem. If I have time, I'm making a similar game, so I may be able to get you some media. It wouldn't be for a while, because the media has to be created. It wouldn't be much, though, because I have already promised another member a pack of the custom media from the game. The game's name is Tristan Craft and the Lost City, if you were wondering.

Ok so these are pictures of a tavern im making for one of the levels. Obviously they arent the finished and polished versions of the level just so you know. These pictures are just the rough draft or outline of what i want it to look like. If you have any segments or entitys that would look better in this place, show me and ill consider adding them! Here they are...

That doesn't really look like FPSC. Good job. The fantasy theme is really well done, but without characters walking around, the bar seems a little bland. Good entity placement, though.

Good thing. Definately a good thing. It puts your game in a different class of games. There are people who use stock media, or retextured walls, and create a game that looks good, but because of the style of it all, you can tell it's FPSC. There are a few games however, that can make a game that exceeds that. This game maybe one of those few. It's still pretty early to tell, because not many locations are shown, but it has potential.

Its ok. I did download the pitcrawler and i tested it in the game but it didnt work. its there it just doesnt move or attack at all.

I have new pictures of the tavern. I added some new things to fill it up a bit. One of the main things i added as you will see, is an up stairs area. So make it seem like an Inn. Uplaoding photos now!

My reviews of the last screens:
If your computer can handle it, set the textures to 512x512, if they aren't already. The closeups are looking a little blurry. The cup texture in the bar area could be a little more crisp. On picture 4, the flame on the candle is a little bit off, so you should fix the placement on that one. I think that there should be random patrons in the bar, either standing and talking to one another, or walking to the bar to get another drink. Both of those are possible in scripting. Other than that, it looks pretty good. Keep up the good work.

Those screen shots are looking excellent! This game really looks amazing, you have surley got the fantasy look. I have always wanted to make a fantasy game and will when Jon releases his pack.

Though the game itself looks great you really need to work on your storyline (add more detail .etc), tell you what if you need help with it feel free to ask me.

Have you got any weapon models (e.g. swords) because if not you I have a few places you could get some from...

Free Ones
Mace - http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=94147&b=24
Sword - http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=65785&b=24
Axe - http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=82518&b=24

Also if you've got some money it may be worth looking into model pack 9 as it contains a nice Katana, you could easily retexture the hands and the fists would fit in nice as well.

Well hope I helped, good luck with the game.
