The second screenshot is much to dark, but apart from that it looks nice, even if there's not really much to see. Some more screenshots and information would help for more informative comments.

Needs more content in the room, not just random content like crates and stuff, but content that should belong in that particular room.

Was going to take a break... But I missed FPSC!

The third room is too low, too big and too empty. What content is there doesn't mix well. It's a very large, badly wall-papered, low cieling room with a fan and doors from a space ship.

The assumption is that you showcase your best work. You're not giving us much to look at. Put more height, angles, and items in the scene so we have more to look at. The bathroom is the best shot, simply because there are items and angles that play in the spaces between shadow and light. We have to look around the picture to discover it, while the large open room can be entirely seen at a glance. We are not left wondering what is behind this, or in that shadow, or around that corner.

That being said.... it's a bathroom. Not too exciting. You're going to have to work harder to WOW us.

Please try to take peoples comments with a grain of salt, and use it to improve. Look at some of the better showcasees here and see how others are making more interesting scenes. It's a good start.

Best of luck with it.

On that first screenshot out of the last 3, try putting in some lights where those light fixtures are. It would look a lot more realistic, and really, really cool.

that last screenshot has a lot better lighting in it, good job! Now try to stick with your more normal colored lights. (whites and off whites or very pale colors)

Cheers,
Dave

Yeah, like that. Maybe a little brighter, although it may just be the computer I'm on.

If you want my opinion... LIGHTMAPS NEEDED! Are you using the latest version as well? And also put into perspective how light really works in reality. Try to keep the ambiance light to around 6-10 for a true "dark" feel. Do that and work on entity placement and you can be on your way to making it better!!!

Place the light marker just in front of the entity you are trying to use as the light source.

On the screenshot in this post, add two more lights to the fixture. One on each side of the middle one, but at a strength of 10. It will make it look like the entire light is lit, instead of just the middle.

No problem. It was a nice solution that I found that doesn't lower your FPS. Well, at least it shouldn't...
