Looks good for a first game. Some suggestions:
1- Add some more light
2- Don't use prefabs(make your rooms with segments)
3- It looks a bland, add some more stuff
4- Download some free stuff from the forum(check the models and media board), it looks like all stock or go to FPSfree.com or FPSfiles.com (I think)

But, we can't tell much about the story from that pic, still, good for a first.

Ok. We bought a ton of those for the Parasite Q movie, because that was the cheapest model (10€ a piece) and we needed a lot of gas masks for soldiers etc...
