Before I start, I know, it's been asked before a million times; you are probably all of sick of explaining, and I am truly sorry for having to ask, but...

So check this out...



As you can see, I made ma first Milkshape (choc of course), and it's looking pretty snazzy...

But...

I have abso-freggin-lutely no idea how to texture it beyond the Milkshape...

I spent the last 4.5 hours going through the archives of the forum, looking for something that I could understand...

I've downloaded UVMapper, LithUnwrap etc. etc.

I've seen just about EVERY noob thread on Uv Mapping/Textures

But I just don't get it at all...

I was hoping you guys could explain how to do it in stupid terms, so i can get this thing in FPSC and say "wow look how kool i am omghaxlol"...

Check out mu guide, it has a tutorial on UV mapping. (See sig)
