Hello this will be my showcase thread for my latest game Aeustha still a WIP

Your name in the game is Aeustha hence the name of the game

Story:

You live in a small town where you are not very important until you morning there is a note on your bed side table. It says that you must meet a sponsor down at the local bar that night. So you go and meet the sponsor and she tells you of how there is a great evil stirring and how you are going to stop it.

The story is still a work-in-progress and this one is a shortened version. The story will be told through videos in the game.

Genre: Fantasy

This is a jump to level 3 (the first actual level is the tavern where you talk to the sponsor the vid will be done in crazytalk) and the caves are by cheese cake, thanks a bunch mate! It's good to see more people doing fantasy style stuff. Will this be quite RPG like? The dramatic quest which takes you to the epic conclusion sorta thing?

The screens look OK, a bit flat though with very little lightmaps. You should also get some more entities in there.

@Fluffy

What version are you using to make this? If you want, I can add in RPG style money, experience, endurance,(like when you sprint, after a certain amount of time you will lose health because your character is tired)....

But you need to have V1.07 to use these though....

Im using v1.08 Coffee Grunt. But Im not really looking for such a great RPG element to the game I was sortof going for an Eldora type of game.

Yeh, in the very first pic, the houes and scenery in darkness in the background really create an atmosphere, but the emptry, flat foreground kinda takes away the edge, i'd suggest puting some lightmaps in it.

Ok so I havnt updated much but Im still doing this. Ive been playing lots of fantasy games and finding out whats fun or whats the attraction to them. One thing that I noticed is great lighting, so I placed my order of Lyte-FX and have been tinckering with the EFX mod and Im looking forward to V2 of FPS Creator. So this will be a long term project. This game will not be made using EFX but with V2 of FPSC Im just using EFX to get the idea of wht it will look like using V2
