Very nice, but you could improve the trunk's texture a little bit. 8.7/10 for your efforts; we can never have enough foilage.

Use the TGC store. These are great quality, a bit high poly count, but for this quality, its acceptable

I would email TGC first to see if you can sell them, because you didn't really "make" the model or texture you just kind of edited them with tree magic.

That's what treemagic is for. I'm assuming it uses the same licence as plant life which is free for any use. Plus I saw people selling packs made in treemagic.

You can include the models as part of a game but you can't sell them seperately.

that goes fore treemagic and plant life.

I think you're charging way too much for models that are made for you by the program. If you had made these or the textures by hand, maybe, but I'd think TreeMagic has some kind of license to prevent you making such an easy profit off of it.

@ bobert
i have made lots of plants and trees both fps creator and x10
i was unsure if i could give them away on the forum so i emailed
tgc and was told i was unable to sell or give them away
i do agree that the plant life licence as advertised on the
site is misleading. as with the dowload there are no licence
atached, but they are both exelent programs and are worth the
purchase price, i must say the trees and plants in x10 are amazing.
