I have a model that's 25 frames long, I just want it to stay on one fram (11). The model is spikes that go up and down and I just want them to be static and fully up (frame 11) but I'm not sure how, I have the following:

but the spikes still appear down, any suggestions anyone?

Try this:

Open up the fpe file of the entity. Under ;animationinfo add a new animation and specify only that frame. Here is how that part should look (I used 92, but you should use whichever number comes next sequentially):

Then create a new script with this code:

I'm glad it worked for you.

I use that method for corpses in my games. You can pick the frame you want and have the corpse slumped in a corner, laying face down, or whatever you want.
