To be honest, I don't know what the fuss is about. So what he used Filterforge work. Atleast he tried to make his own work out of it. Oh and Black Terror Freakshow is correct don't dig in. Oh and Right-hand of god is untrue, you my friend are both hands lol.

Maybe because I don't believe he should get away with it and he wouldn't accept the fact that he is stole it. I mean, if I am a police man and I arrest someone for using drugs, I have to have something to back me up. I need evidence, and that is what I had, and he didn't. All I am doing is proving down everything he says, therefor winning this argument. I haven't seen him make any attempt to show us real proof (screenshots, .psd file, websites of where he got the images from, etc.).

I'm just standing my ground.

But it is over now. Or at least it should be once a mod gets in.

I know, i know. And you have an excellent point. I saw the comparisons and theres no doubt in my mind that he may have stolen it.

However deathead is right, at least he tried to make it somewhat his own instead of just ripping it straight from filterforge.

I hope a mod sees this soon...

Well obviously he wouldn't just rip it without modification. He even tried to cover the bolts so it didn't look like it was from Filter Forge. He thought it would work, and it almost did, but not quite.

Wow, you REALLY know NOTHING about me, and for a second I actually got upset at a man with a tiny ego typing angry messages to gain the respect of people he's never even met... You sir have no right to be so belligerent! I took down the texture and apologized, and if you supposedly "know" that I stole these textures and you did a fair job of convincing everyone else that I did also, you have WON! So why the EDIT aren't you banned by now? and yes, I did prove it. Did you somehow miss that big picture I posted showing how both of the textures are exactly the same? And did you not admit to using that texture?

Seriously, what evidence have you showed that it was legit? None.

No, you didn't apologized. Unless I am mistaken (which I'm not) you said:

Um, did you not just admit that these aren't your textures a few posts later? (notice the first quote)

And to clarify once again:

All I said was:

A. They didn't come from (to my knowledge at that time, at least) Filter Forge.

B. When you make 3 major changes to a piece of art (mine being color and tint, over all texture {Made it gritty and grungy} and removed the rivets) it becomes YOUR art legally (Know in the artist's world as "hitchhiking", but that's not the LEGAL term of course {look it up if you don't believe me!})And as such it became my own texture and I was upset that you wouldn't think so (Meaning that you didn't think that I didn't put hard work into it!)

And what's your sick obsession with my spelling? This is a FORUM, not a letter to a publisher! And if your about to say that it's "unprofessional", not everyone in the world is good at spelling: Even a game designer!

Well it's not for me to judge you, you'll get yours in time: Karma has a good way of coming around and biting you in the butt...

Okay, guys, please stop this now! I'm not asking one party to stop, I'm asking everyone. This whole dispute has gotten WAY out of hand!

First of all, Black, MY three-year-old son may be intelligent, but he doesn't know how to use a computer yet. Don't start generalizing, pal. Second, I NEVER said 'get a life'. You show me the exact quote I said that, and I'll issue a full retraction, but I do not see that. And third, the kind of behavior you are exhibiting is precisely why a lot of developers are getting tired of these forums in the first place. God, I'm afraid of how you'd react to someone using a modded texture of any of the stock media! And I'm from America too; however, this is a British-owned website, so their laws are predominant. Do try to keep that in mind.

Wraith, my suggestion to you would be to take a few days away from the forums, take the time to cool down before things are said that are even worse. Everyone else, don't feed into this. Posting on this from here on is only going to make things worse.

Wow, I build rooms and take a lot of pride in my own work. I am sure angelboiii knows where that texture came from... I am sure if he found out he would not be every happy...
