First of all, thanks for comments on the first screenshot. About the framerate, the game runs fine every level but there are a few models in certain levels that will drop the framerate just a little, i am using v1.08. I will release level 5 (screenshot) as a demo asap.

It looks good, but the lighting effect you are achieving (through the metal grate) could be causing the lag, as that grate looks pretty highpoly for FPSC. YOu could do the exact same effect with a semi-transparent flat plane and full light mapping.
