FPSC Classic Models and Media / My chair doesent work when I use the Entity Maker?

I have made a chair(see attached file). For some reason it doesn't work... I used all of the entity maker settings that I normally use. When I'm in the entity maker, on the last part, it asks me to take a screen shot...When I do it does not show my chair in the image box. Also, I have tried loading my chair into FPSC (not x10) and when I would go to place it...it doesn't show my chair that I made it shows a green light(dynamic)(I've tried static also)...the green light is way bigger then normal it fills up the whole screen. All help is appreciated, Thanks!

I have searched for about 3 hours so far and I watched the Entity Maker tutorials.

Here ya go I did a quick UVmap for ya too. You made the chair to big. So I made it a bit smaller.
The .mtl is the Material file.

Was going to let puppy of kosh do it. Thats why I edited my post
