Wasser_Water Free water Texture.

With everyone tlking about water again I have added some new Texture for Wasser water shader.

Please note you will need Wasser water shader to use this.

That shader seems to not work for me...first i saw the normal texture instead of the diffusion, the next build it was completely black...
Is that because I'm using the 1.10 beta?

I am Jacks complete lack of surprise.
