For a while now I've been working on a Iced 3(2 sucked so i wont release it). but i've been wondering if db can handle 32 player objects,an entire 64-player type map, monters and badies, and moving level objects over the internet and still run with an fps of at least 30 for all players. Any Clues?

AM I UGLY OR WHAT??!!
What? It's My Sig!!...

Well, it depends on how much code is being parsed each loop, how intricate the models are, how good the computer is, etc. There are lots of variables, but, yes, it would be possible.

Yes that's possible. Like master programmer said, there are a lot of variables involved. You may want to look into hiding offscreen objects... (I'm not sure if HIDE OBJECT actually works for this...)

I think hide object works because the computer doesn't have to render the objects...at least I think so....

And if objects don't ever move, animate, or do anything at all, you may want to make them "static" objects. Such as trees, grass, rocks, shrubs, etc.
