The UFO slides too much and goes too fast, making it nearly impossible to stay in the "arena," or whatever you want to call it.
But it's pretty cool, besides that.

Wow, this is great! A little tricky to keep control of the ship, perhaps, but the physics is fantastic - pure Newtonian mechanics! Moving forwards, it's just like a spaceship would handle if there were no air resistance to slow it down. And I love hitting the mountains, and being able to turn somersaults as I come down! Brilliant, DD, brilliant!

wow, i didn't know it was that good! Thanks.
Hey, well I'm thinking about making this multi player and adding weapons for combat and maybe some trick contests!
Will you help me test it?

I'll have a demo and be back soon.

Well... Playing it, the first thought that struck me when I spun the ship round was "Newton's First Law" - the ship keeps moving in its original direction, until a force is applied to change its direction.

I'll be more than willing to help you test it - multiplayer could be interesting, though I should warn you I've never played an online game before...

I think you can launch too far though.

Before I make a post, I have a sad habit of pressing f4. Same goes for online searches...

You should make the terrain bigger so there's more room to jump around . Good job on the physics though! I attached a screenie of me going over one of the jumps from the outside of the terrain...

i must say, this game doesnt look like it was made on somthing that costed 30 dollars. however, i would call it a beta test at best. ive played with speed on the demo and i found that unless you want to make your map bigger than you need to lower the accel. speed greatly. also, i do reccomend you put some kind of texture on the lil ship. but other than that when there are weapons this will be a fun game to play online, ill definatly play it actually, dont make the speed too low, that would take away the online adreneline

kevin is fat. he wears a funny hat. he doesnt like cats and he also plays with trains and cars.

Can you please post the code? I have been trying to make some physics like this, and I just can`t!

Just curious, as I haven't heard much in a while - how are things going with this?

"I wish I was a spaceman, the fastest guy alive. I'd fly you round the universe, in Fireball XL5..."
