Lol, seriously though, I don't see why people are so obsessed with WoW. I've seen it, and its really not that great. Its good, but its not a whole lot better than any other game out there.

If the good lord had intended us to go outside or have a social life, he wouldn't have invented the internet.

World of Warcraft's gameplay is horrible but I was addicted because of the community. I am a super gamer but I'm a very social person. I can see why people get addicted to MMO's even though there aren't any that actually have good gameplay.

Luckily, I bought Halo 1 the day it came out and I loved it. So I didn't conform lol.

To tell you the truth, if it wasn't for Halo, I wouldn't be playing ANY video games. I literally mean ANY.

Don't worry I was just doing an impression of a hippy. Never played Halo, so I wouldn't be able to judge it myself, or WoW for that metter - neither have tickled my fancy enough. Half Life and Half Life 2 were good - it was the game play and variation of scenes, weapons enemies and general game play that kept me going with HL2 and to be honest in terms of plot not much happened, but it worked and managed to immerse me.

I've never played a Half Life game. Ever since I saw this picture (screeny attached) I don't want to play it. There's no way anybody could beat master chief. He has a super suit! Lol.

Haha, not a HL vs Halo war.

Though Gordon Freeman is pretty harcore...His name sounds a bit like Morgan Freeman, Morgan Freeman is an actor, Chuck Norris is an actor, thus Gordon Freeman is Chuck Norris.


Seriously though, HL2 is a good game and can be fun - download the demo and see for yourself (and I'll download the demo of Halo or Halo 2(if there is one). )

Not the best game in the world, but it kicks butt as far as FPS games go.

for $39.99 total. Best deal ever.

If you like Gears of War and Halo, you'll probably like the Half Life games. And then you've got Portal, one of the greatest games ever in its own right. I doubt you'd like Half Life 1 though, as I think your eyes would burn out if you had to look at a game made in 1998.
Fear not though, a HL2 mod is being made that recreates HL1 with more current gen graphics.http://www.blackmesasource.com/

Even if you don't like FPS games on the PC, Orange box is available on the 360, and the pc games are compatible with a 360 controller.

...but, do whatever you like. Just PLEASE don't judge Half Life poorly on the fact that a some artist likes it more than Halo.

Haha, I was joking that's not really why I've never played it. I've just never got around to it.

I don't have a computer to play a game though so I can't download a demo lol. Well I'm on a computer but I can't run games on it in it's current state, and my 360 is broken.

Great choice sir, ditching oblivion for fable:the lost chapters. I highly reccomend it as much as you do with half life 2

I didn't want this post to turn in to some big old debate on who likes what.

There's several games on my own top-10 worst list, all of which are there for good reasons and personal preferences; just because most of you like Oblivion doesn't mean I "MUST", and in-fact I don't.

Still there are no right and wrong answers when it comes to your own opinion. Getting in to fights about that is just retarded.
Anyone still confused about the rules to posting here, go back and read the main post past "make a list"

Just have to ask this question. I noticed Barbie games seem to make peoples worst lists, how many who listed them have played them?? I mean if I were to list worst games by dislike of a franchise the GTA games would be in there but I don't think they are the worst games ever or even close I just don't enjoy them. Just wondering?????

i am looking forward to Crysis: Warhead but its not continuing the story its an along side game and its not an expansion its standalone
im looking forward to Crysis 2 because its supposed to continue the story
Barbie games umm i have a ton of sisters that have played them at one point or another and those games are horrible

What I am saying is it doesn't look that fun and people are way over exagerating the game. I've tried the creature creator and sure it may be a unique game but it just doesn't seem like a very fun game thats all

OMG people. It is just an opinion. I like all the Half Life Games and TF2 but Portal was more of a Puzzeler. I get bored really easily with games like that. I need something that has non-stop action for the most part. It is just an opinion sorry

that's fine I'm not pointing at your opinion. But Spore hasn't come out yet, it can't be on your worst games list before it's released.
