Nope. After the warehouse, an HMMV will end the level (Campbell will drive it to his office after a distress call from an accomplice) and then will go to a hotel and some other places.

Also, all of my FPSC gun sounds (automatic guns only) cut off so the end echo thingamajiggy doesn't play. I tried reinstalling FPSC and the MPs, keeping my .dbo & .bin files, everything. My sound card = great. an someone help me here?

The warehouse layout's good, and Paul's right. Add some element of surprise, like having something appear when you go into that area (not a zombie, like something dropping from above)

Just consider the processing speed of these wonderful physics, and you'll have something nice down there.

By the way, nice to have you back. If it's okay I'll help in design and room layouts.

A bump and a screen of a new addition to the level. I don't know what fill it up with (it's just a balcony/hallway thing); any ideas?

Maybe some boxes or a garbage container with some trash.

Objects don't have to be everywhere. Keep objects in selected areas which requires more attention, in this case, objects.

Yeah, the screen looks fine the way it is In my opinion; fewer items spread out realistically is better than clumped-up rooms

Just bumping this thread; someone, please read and reply to the thread I posted above.

EDIT: .caliber will be on hold until I can figure out a few bugs. If they cannot get fixed, then I wouldn't know what to do.

Why dont you just bump the thread about the bug, rather than the showcase thread, when you clearly arent working on your game, and have no new media? It's things like this that tick people off, AI.

It's a bug that's been in FPSC since it first came out, as far as I know. There's only one solution, report it directly to Lee, and then live with it until it is fixed.

Okay, bump.

Lee recommend I completely reinstall the program. Apologies for the delays, I've been freeing up space on my PC. I'll redo level 1 and post up screens. I'll work on a few level environments (office, sewers, etc.).

Overruled. The previous level 1 had somehow caused the bug that messed up my FPSC.

Well aint this just like old times

If its only automatic weapons, then just take them out. You aren't going to get thrown in a firey pit if you don't get an automatic on level 1. You WILL however if you redo it.

Personally liked the last screen. Nice colours and the green window with sunlight was a nice touch.

Thanks. Lee told me in an e-mail that the sound bug is due to some kind of syncing problem and that it'll ptobably be fixed.

@ CG: The reason .cal. was delayed (for 2-3 days) was because of a bug that had to be fixed. I may get some screens up and maybe an evironmental demo, okay?

Well, AI. Considering your lack to finish any project is very off-putting, and you are lucky to have this thread. Considering many mods are annoyed at the ammount of threads you create for a project then you bugger off then come with another game thread. So I understand why people are saying its never going to be released etc. etc. And also you using the words "May" and "Maybe" is off putting aswell, as I now am doubting the fact you are making it.

It all depends on whether or not FPSC works. The original story isn't working out as planned, so a few tweaks will change it (not again).

Hey AI, your 5000th game is looking promising.

But my current project is on hold until FPSC's peformance is fixed. So I'm just looking around for some good looking titles.

Well, I barely started on the level (it's a short one, anyways) and I have to get the HUD on and the ambience and such. C'mon, maintenance tunnels are virtually empty - like my head.

Just a heads-up: once I get the HUD coordinates and custom sounds in, I will release level 1: Office (Infiltration) as a small (literally) demo. Two enemies, three weapons, no fun.

I will be putting a .txt manual in with the demo and all completed parts (each part will be uploaded and should be thought of as a whole game). Maybe I can try to put all 4 .zips into 1 big .zip (the game may be at least 500Mb to 1Gb).

A screen will be put up shortly.

It only takes you to click a button, open Paint and open your screen into it, save it as a JPEG, then upload it....

That would make it greater than 1 minute. He's saying it takes less than 1 minute. CG was correct.
