The problem is that each time I hit an enemy with the weapons that i have, it doesnt do any thing it only hits him when I hit his knee(????)HELP ME PLEASE

You need to give more information than "I hit an enemy with the weapons that i have, it doesnt do any thing it only hits him when I hit his knee" reinstall FPSC, that is all I can say, and don't just request models, for a little money you could have gotten Bond1's crossbow. And for your sig, when your in these forums, please use your brain, PLEASE! And grow up, Darimc's free crossbow thread was a disaster. Anger will get you nowhere in these forums.

I have tidied this thread up! Please don't post your age on the forums, and don't have arguments over petty little things like what it says in somebodies sig

Dudemanking, if you give people a bit more information then you are more likely to get a helpful response. From your description of the problem I don't really understand what is happening... Shots only count when you hit the enemy in the knees?

Wait ill explain clearly
In the level im talkin about,i have a room with a unarmed knight that has 1 hp and whos behavior is passive
each time i hit anywhere but his knee with Errant AI trucheon or darimic crossbow it just goes through him
Please help

Well that doesn't sound right then.
You may need to re-install if something got corrupted somehow. (have you tried reinstalling FPSC yet?)
Make sure you back up all of your custom media before you do.

If you are running the V114 Beta, then you may need to revert back to V113 and report the glitch in the V114 Beta Thread.

Try a reinstall if you haven't already.

But before you do , I have one more question...

Are you using the headshots appear script for the character?

If so, then try using the regular appear script and see if that fixes it.

There is a way to adjust the height of the headshots, but I forget what the command is.

The V114 Beta is the latest update of FPSC (Version 1.1.4)
Lee releases the betas to the community for testing before releasing the final build of any update.

Forget about that then.
I doubt you are using it if you do not know what it is.

Are you using the Free version or an upgraded full version?

Have you updated FPSC? (I hope you are not using v1.0.0)

Start FPSC and hit the HELP tab up at the top.
Then click CHECK FOR UPDATES.

Tell me what is says your current version is.

Hmmm

Sorry, I never used that so I can't help much.

There may be a bug that Lee is unware of, or maybe this is a known bug because I haven't checked the threads about the free version.

Either way, I would try re-installing it if you haven't already.

I know this problem doesn't exist with the full version, but maybe you have a system compatibility issue we are unaware of.
You might want to contact TGC for support about this if the re-install doesn't work.
That way you can get it worked out before you upgrade to the full version.

Do you plan on upgrading?

i dont think so cause see i have a school project that invovles making a video game based on a book and the book i have is in medeival times (which is why i want a crossbow and other medieval stuff) and its due Jan 16 so i dont have much time(i have two other projects to work on due on same day

I hope they gave you plenty of time to work on it. (I know you didn't just get this assignment if Jan 16 is deadline.)

You can't build an executable file with the free version anyway, can you?

You can record it with fraps or something similar.

So you play it, then record it, then put it on a dvd, then show it, and then I don't know because there are no more steps./

It can't build exe's...and if it could it would be too big to email anyways.

go to filefront or rapidshare, where you can upload it, and do so.

If fpsc isn't working for you, I'd recommend trying assembler.

An .fpm is a FPSC map file. A .exe is an executable.
