What texture makers do u guys use. Like kravenwolf and general jackson... people like that their textures are so realistic... so what do you guys use?

Please leave a post along with the software you use...

Kravenwolf uses the GIMP, but he gets his textures from CGtextures, you can get them free.
I use adobe photoshop CS3 for my textures.

All mine are hand-made, I dont use photos.

Huh? What about EAI, Cosmic, Wolf (not Kraven), and all the other users around there? Nah, just jokin' with ya. I use Photoshop, I used to use GIMP, it was the 1st I tried, very good for beginners. There's a lot, search around

It's more of a matter of opinion. You can really achieve anything with any of the programs, it really only depends on the user. That said, there are alot of tutorials available for photoshop. I personally use GIMP though.
