Hi guys.

Due to another bizarre turn of events.Paypal doesn't have full support for my country yet which means I can't receive any payments via paypal and only via moneybookers.com a uk based company.That will be a royal pain in the butt for most users.

Paypal will however be available in the near future in 3 months or so.Which will make it easier for future packs.Frankly luck is NOT on my side.

So in the mean time enjoy this free stripped down version for non-commercial usage only.The full commercial version will ONLY be available for sponsored contests.However the full set of untextured meshes can be purchase via moneybookers at 10 dollars by contacting me at wizardofid29(at)gmail.com

Check the readme as it contains usage agreement.

Thanks for understanding, currently I am just more annoyed than any thing else.

@rolfy

Thanks yeah a lot of effort went into this.It is most unfortunate that I am not able to sell the full pack for now.So 3 months is not all that bad.The good news is that I am going to expand on since I have released some of the media.

I will be doing this in the future as well by supplying a sort of limited usage "demo" version of the media to use.I think it is a great way to show case what the media packs contain other than video's or screenshots.

It's very nice from you that you gave this for free, but it's pretty bad that you can't sell it. But anyways it's awesome pack.

Check for pure horror.

@vortech

Well remember this is a stripped down version so it does not contain certain items that will allow you to compile a enclosed level it also doesn't include the texture maps for shaders....

So you can see this more as free shareware....

Minor critique should you wish to know, the floor tile segments carry the incorrect directional decal... er.. what I mean is for example the straight floor tile has the crossroads decal so its not obvious which way your tile will lay down. If you change 'kindof' in the FPE file to 1 that should fix it.

Also the T Junction floortile decal is upside down... rotating the model 180 degrees should resolve that issue. (the concrete2 t-junctions are 90 degrees out of alignment also)

I use FPSC X10 so I`m not sure if these issues are present in X9 versions.

As I say.. very minor issues... little tweaks... otherwise an awesome set of segments.

New PC Specifications : Intel Core i3 2.93Ghz. Windows Vista Ultimate. 4GB DDR3 RAM. ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT.

TGC Store Tag : Kasseyus (need to make a graphical sig one day)

@Kasseyus

Thanks, for the feedback.I completely forgot mention that the segments is not completely compatible with X10 there are some player collision issues.

It is not decals but a mesh, I forgot about the top and bottom uv needs to be the same otherwise you get the issues you have described because of the texture transparency.

Ah well, will have a fix out ASAP and change the segment type.

Thanks again for pointing that out

Sorry to hear about the set backs you've been having with these, if anyone deserves success with their media, it's you!

In the meantime, thanks for the ones you have released

Thanks.!!

Yeah just registered with another bank that does support paypal but that is going to take another few weeks as they are generally better than my other bank....so closing old accounts changing debit orders ect...is a real pain but results in quicker and better support.

Then having to wait for current bank to support the service because they have to not because they want to....

Yeah but X10 compatibility would have been an issue.

@VENT
Thanks! That is what is would like to do in the future provide a sample before buying that sort of thing that means I will have to make twice as many meshes than before to make it worth getting the full version.

Do they even work with X10? It shouldn't be too much of a problem. But then again, X10 always gives me mesh errors with custom segment meshes. Your stock media upgrades had a few things X10 was appalled by as well

Havent tried the freebie yet but looks great.

You are truly the segment master of FPSC. Your going to have to do a video tutorial of your workflow for a couple of these one day, especially the segment editor part for which settings to use etc.

Your way ahead of the rest of us at the moment.

um well depends how hard you walk into a wall...The main mesh is a single face... which X10 has "issues" with...

Personally if I had my way, sadly I would like to avoid X10 entirely.

I am pretty much still in my infancy with segments....Much much more to try and do.....

So currently I am still a "jack of all trades master of none"....
