The texture you have is used is obviously from that model, never, ever release media that you did not create onto the forum if you didn't create it yourself. If you didnt make it, say where its from and what the license is. I dont know what the license is on the texture you have there, migt be ok, might not, you seem to have left it to us to hunt it down and find out for ourselves.

Without knowing the actual license on the texture its hard to say, but altering a texture does not mean its ok to use commercially, maybe quote the part of the license that states this.
