IS it possible to turn dynamic and immobile entity to dynamic entity with physics? So If there is a floating box and when I enter a triggerzone it falls down.

Can't you just place the dynamic box on an immobile invisible dynamic ledge/floor etc and destroy this when you enter the trigger, then box would fall?

...Nbt's solution would be the simplest, as long as dynamic collision issues pose no problem.

Personally, I would use the technique showcased here:

It creates a flawless illusion that works amazingly well.

But that was just an example. I want electric pole fall down when you enter trigger zone. Is there scripting commands to make model from immobile to dynamic.

...it's a fully functional method. Substitution and adaptation shouldn't be much of a hurdle.

...nope. If there currently was, do you think I would've wasted my time posting the above method? Geez...

Good luck to you, in your future endeavours...
