Sorry for not replying...

To clear things up, you are all crazy.

I did not get into a fight, did not swear at a teacher, nor get caught on the forums, and most importently i DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH DRUGS.

Or smoking, or being invloved in someone trafficing drugs, I didn't throw any firercrackers, steal anything, or any other bad thing...

so you will never guess why I got suspended.

Pet Rat: Wy did you delete it off the server??? I backed it up there so I wouldn't lose it, how the heck are you gona send me this stupid thing from France to Canada? I'll get back to you, so thanks.

And when I said I won't be on msn till I'm 18...well I was exagirating, I meant a "long" time.

I have a guess on why he was suspended from school...

it involves a hole in the girl locker room wall, and a mischievious person.

Cheers,
Preston

Woah! Harsh, if we get caught the teacher just says something like "You shouldn't be doing that, get back to work" and walks off. Some of them even stand behind you and give you hints on what to move in solitaire.

Do you bite your thumb at me sir?

But hacking into someone elses computer is (or school systems too).

I learned a lesson the hard way. When I was in 6th grade, I had pretty cr@ppy grades so I tried hacking into the school system. I did. Then I got caught and got banned from the school computers and 1 weeks detention (and that happened in the 2 month of school).

That's a hint to why I got suspended...but not exactly hacking...

You've never heard of a penetration test? Grow up

Why do programmers always mix up Christmas and Halloween?

So, if it had to do with computers, you mean you were editing your grades from within the school pc or something?

Honestly, I never thought people here would actually get into trouble with school. I thought everybody here are just geeky, but not naughty... Looks like there are more mischief makers here than I thought.

btw, what's a 'penetration test'? I really haven't heard of that... Oh, and I thought hackers were the good guys and crackers were the bad guys... hm?

A penetration test is when you brake in to (or try to) a computer, "just to see how good the security is".

maybe he was bribing a teacher to give him higher grades, or he got bad grades so his parents banned him from the pc.

I did that once. We were studying Premiere, and we were supposed to make a music vid as our final project. One day I found my music file missing, so I figured some ass deleted it. Good thing I had a backup on CD, but I was really pissed so I opened everyone else' projects on that PC using notepad and deleted big blocks of data. It didn't delete the files, but it was good enough to corrupt them so nobody would know what happened and suspect a virus instead.
