To be honiest, I really don't have a hobby, i'm someone who likes adventures, I like to do new things all the time, all year round, so I really don't get time to "Work Out"

Last time I did do a Work Out, I got over obsessed with it, and did 2 hours a day, mental!

I ended up making myself ill, so I wouldn't go down that road again.

@Seppuku: If im ever in England I wont go near "Cambridge and Peterborough" so I can avoid Chavs, what are they anyways. Karate cool think you could put a video with your moves on here. and does your name have anything to do with your karate( Geijutsu which is in your name is a karate right?) And it would be cool if I could play you cause I used to be kinda good youd probaly cream me nowdays though.

@XpProUser: Obessive compulsive disorder huh. jk lol. Well anyways a work out is very important or atleast some physical activity for an hour or two a day (maybe not straight but 1-2 hours the whole day). So as long as your adventures are physical your alright not to work out I guess.

Do you mean is it a style of Karate? I might be wrong, but I think Seppuku mentioned he does Goju...

yeah, probaly. They are 2 different things tho, karate is mainly on your feet(i did learn some ground techniques) and in wrestling, you work to pin your oppenent on the ground.

Well, most fights end on the ground, so that'll come in handy.

Something like Judo would be more effective though when it comes to grappling.

I think you need a good balance of both in order either of them to be effective.

Not really. Many people who study just one Martial Art can take down a wrestler. (Wrestling is a Sport though so it isn't exactly fair)

That's not what I meant. Some Martial Arts are not sports. Tae Kwan Do for example is considered a sport because it has rules: Which includes no punchs to the head. I've never done wrestling, but I know it has rules aswell. Other Martial Arts, like street situations, have no rules and are considered true Martial Arts. I mean, how is a wrestler supposed to get close to Jiu jitsu practitioner if one blow knocks the wrestler out?

yea, wrestling has some simple "dont kill ur partner" rules. Tae Kwan Do is the martial art i did. I think it is one of the more disiplinned ones, at least in my area.

Have you seen the UFC(Ultimate Fighters Champianship)? It is basicaly what it says, you can use whatever style of fighting you want. They televise in the states here on Spike. They have people from every martial art there, and most of them have a strong balance. It is very fun to watch since it is full contact.

EDIT: Oh, having looked at their site I rememeber watching this now. It was one of those cage things. Well, while I suppose it is fighting, it's mostly to put on a good show rather then display some actual Martial Arts disipline and technique...

Ahh, and I thought it was actually interesting. Check out the rules:

8)No small joint manipulation.

Well that pretty much outlaws Judo and my Martial art completly

19)No throwing an opponent out of the ring or fenced area.

Ditto.

yea, that kinda sucks, but it is about as real(fighting wise) as they can get for tv purposes.

Agreed. The old bullsh*t wrestling they had on TV was so fake I'm surprised the wrestlers kept a straight face while doing it.

I fence! And have been for four years. Last year I trained four days a week, including a hour and a half commute (one way) for a fencing lesson with a nationaly known armorer. But not it's only three days a week, what with school taking an obscene amount of time But I still consider myself in good shape

That's right I don't. That's why I said it. Is there something wrong with you?
