X-Box 360... Why?
Simple:
a) It's actually on the market, which makes it easier to purchase.
b) It's not £450-500 (only £200-270)
c) It interconnects with Media Centre PCs
d) It can use any form of Media Player. (MP3, iPod, PSP, Digital Camera, Digital Camcorder, etc)
e) It has X-Box Live! Arcade, which is a collection of games most of which are classic.. but some are from budget developers (:cough
that only cost a few quid.
f) You can play any form of media, as well as share it between your friends online
g) Before the PS3 is released, you'll also be able to link and use you Cellphone (Mobile) with your X-Box 360 in order to have text/e-mail/voice without having to leave the living room
h) It has a REALLY cool interface
i) I have one... so should you!
j) Changeable face plates, there's an awesome LED one that changes to the game box picture when you put a new game in. How sweet is that?!
k) You can pause games, moves, tv, etc. to do anything else with the X-Box 360 Button on the controller.
While sure there are currently a few teething problems with the machine, it's to be expected from 1st generation hardware.
I mean the 1st gen PS2 had to be bloody recalled because of a quite major issue with the memory card. Just feel lucky they corrected it before it came here.
