i am so close to finishing my game it isnt even funny, i made a "how to play" bitmap and i cant figure out how to show it then hit a key and get rid of it. the is is what i have so far

but it isnt working i am open for suggestions

what's not working? it won't show? Try making a sprite out of it then pasting the sprite .

oh nevermind it works now, i forgot to set transparency (duh!)

Are you using SYNC in your main game code? If you are (as you should),
you must update the screen after you paste the image with sync.

i have a sync rate and it isnt working anymore i had it but the image was to big so i adjusted the image now it isnt working anymore

Well, if you're using DBPro you may need to put a sync before and after you paste the image. Like:
