Ugh, I can't believe you're arguing with me on this... no one else is this silly lol. If you're in a bar, you're amongst other people, and hence you're in public. If you're in a zoo, you're amongst other people, hence you're in the public. You're "in public" as soon as you leave the privacy of your house. You're in private when you're at home or no one else is around, like in the bathroom. And before you go busting out dictionary.com on me:

Yes, a bar is "private property" in that some bloke owns it. But customers are "in public" because they're surrounded by PEOPLE who DO NOT OWN SAID BAR, making it a PUBLIC PLACE. And not many bars are private/ exclude common people from walking into them, making them... oh, look at that... OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. I know you're from the Ukraine, but YEESH, you've lived here long enough tht I shouldn't need to be giving you english lessons
