Yeah, I had this. The fps files don't have the correct link inside them to the textures. You can either open the fps file for each segment and edit them so they point to the correct texture or open the file and see where it points and then create that folder system and copy the textures inside.

Hey luke my segments r all white. i have no idea lol im new to this so i dunno how to fix it. the items r fine but its just the segments n waall n such.

Look in the .fpi file to see the texture path and make sure the texture path leads 2 the texture...
