Ok so i really want to learn how to create games but I can't find any over the top, amazing, tutorials that will help me. I get the tutorials on the site but I dont know how to put it all together..anyone interested in helping a needy programmer???

Let me tell you something: as a beginner you aren't going to be making anything that is "over the top" or "amazing" so I think you should be good with any tutorial you find. TDK's tutorials helped me out, I learned lots. Follow his advice too, and actually READ the turorial, instead of just copying and pasting code. That way you learn something useful. I am not trying to be rude or anything, but no one starts out making anything that is really awesome.

I think by over the top amazing tutorial, he's referring to the usefulness and comprehensibility of the tutorial
