Blackberry is crap though.
Personally I think the phone has a lot of potencial, but this said it is honestly just a SonyEricsson P900 without the number-pad and an iPod built-in.
I like the whole miniturisation fact, which honestly has been recently going in a different direction for phones. I mean they were getting smaller and smaller, but now as they're doing more they're getting much larger cause we need the screen space on them.
It personally excites me to see this product, and it does look cool. This said I'm definately going to look forward to what other companies respond with.
Frankly I bet this because Microsoft released Zune. While the colours it comes in are horrible, it beats the crap out of the iPod. I mean the whole reason we got iPod Video was because Apple heard Microsoft's MP3 Player was going to support Video; guess they didn't hear it also was going to support HD-Video, HD-Sound and interact via Bluetooth/WiFi to all of your current appliances; including the new Ford Focus announced on Friday at the Detroit Motor Show.
personally although sure Microsoft have been playing catch-up to Google and Apple recently, trying to fight on several fronts. The products they're releasing now are by far better than their competitors.
I know that won't go down with a number of people here, but seriously watch the CES Keynote if you don't believe me.
It's their first keynote to ever go off without a single hitch, and to me that speaks volumes enough about them.
Anyone who wasn't excited about Vista, Windows Live, Office 2005, Microsoft.TV, Windows Mobile, etc. watch the Keynote. Just beyond words on what is comming for 2007 from Microsoft.
