Mine is dull. I keep my desktop as neat and orderly as I can. I keep all of my shortcuts in different folders. "Utilities" contains all of my maintenance stuff, like Avira, AVG, Trend Micro, Spybot, all that stuff. "Work" contains both my literal job's work and my game-making programs, all individually split up into different categories (modeling, programming, texturing, audio, etc.). Games contains all of the games on my computer, each broken into different categories (action/ adventure, flight sim, RPG, etc.). The Business folder has all of the draft work for my website, profit projections, all that boring stuff. The games I'm currently working on are kept in folders on my desktop for easy-access, but I blocked out the names of the games that haven't been announced yet. It's so much better to tell you guys the cryptic code names of the games I'm working on than the actual titles
. But they are, in order of appearance (left to right, top row to bottom row): Sewer Rat, Church Mouse, Field Mouse, Muskrat, Chipmunk, and last but certainly not least, the epic project Lemming, which has nothing whatsoever to do with the game "Lemmings," but they're too cute and cuddly to not use with sarcasm for a game that violent. Church Mouse is that massive game I talked about a long time ago... and there it sits, humbly eating up 12 gigs of HD space on my desktop, undisturbed for eons, and every time I turn on my PC it's like a slap in the face
. Oh, the game that got away, lol.
you might motice the live pacman file... live pacman lives, I've just been sick lately. As soon as I'm over the flu I'll be getting back into this hardcore and I'm sure Jess will be too!
