I' m so glad Euthanasia is done so I can be working on this again.

Well...loads have changed in the concept so here are the basical changes:

A) The Story will be completely rewritten.

B) The Game is named "Symbiotic[/i)" now.

C) Completely changed Gameplay

D) New features such as:

[i] - Shader effects
(No! No complete overdose of normalmapping so everything looks like plastic. Just some decent little attenuations such as shiny metal, organic looking enemies and better looking dynamic objects.

- Less shooting, more interacting [/] (but still very much shooting)

[i] - Multiple Choice Dialogs


- Even creepyer athmosphere

I'll upload a few new screens tomorrow...I' m just too tired now.

Symbiotic sounds much better than Lunar Crisis. How about Symbiosis?

Hmmm... Symbiotic sounds cool. Althou I think I liked Luna Crisis better. But it's still a great name! Looking forward to this!

Well, its been a while since I posted the latest updates and there are some news:


I changed the look of the game and added a lot more architecture to get rid of that boxy looking levelsystem:



That one is kinda dark



I really like the colors on this hallway
If you look close, there is a corpse next the door

These guys prefer to dwell at the most unpleasant places.

There will be a lot of melee fighting at the beginning of the game... but! I redesigned loads of weapons to give the game an even more athmospheric and unique style.



Who wouldn't want an image of a cuty on his assault rifle: The Extremely rare 416 A4 Carbine! (Fictional Scifi version Name...real name: HK 416)



Slightly changed P 90 with scifi sights

These updates looks phenomanel!! The new style of architecture in the first fews shots is quite inspiring and sensational, and my jaw almost dropped seeing that wicked creepy retexture of Bond1's new zombies. I cannot wait to see more of this, and hear about the additions to the storyline. The medical lab looks really eerie as well!

Awesome! And how it happens that every single clip (or magazine or whatever you gun nitpickers want to call it) has the same picture of the babe in it!? Or was it originally made like that? But hte design looks awesome! And I can't see the corpse... And I love those things so much... (in games and movies ofcourse)

The Main Character awakes a whole month after the incident. Not only 3 days. (that way I can let the whole Moonbase look even more grungy and deserted) The Poison injected by the girl seemed to be more dangerous than she thought . But, you would starve if you would lay in a bed all that time, so the Maincharacter awakes in an Infirmary connected with infusion thingies etc. (can be seen on screens)

The Characters name has been changed to Victor Bleddyn.

The Genesislichen Lifeform will be callen Symbiont in the game. Simply because "Genesislichen" sounds a bit awful.

And some other details that would spoil the story.

Yes, thats true. To clearify things: A magazine is the thing you put into your gun that feeds ammo to it. A clip feeds ammo to the magazine. Some weapons (like the M1 Garand) have build in magazines and you releoad with clips. Gun nitpicking... F*+k yeah!

@Wolf, you are one of the few developers here, where I enjoy every single sreenshot, because you always had the will and determination to finish your projects - even against the worst odds.

And you always include some custom textures, huds or ideas that make your games really, really enjoyable.

I am SO looking forward to play even the smallest part of this one

While listening to some W.A.S.P. ... I thought it would be a good idea to keep this post alive.

Well, I' ve been experimenting a lot on PC with FPSC and its new features so I didn't make any real progress with my projects.

I' ve been cutting down PC time too so updates will come even less often now

Man... that looks plain awesome! Only crit is to remove the shader effect from the generator in the second shot... It kinda sticks out.
