not really, i just don't feel like working on it anymore.
and it is quite playable as of now. it have only 1 level and 1 boss.
but 12 weapon upgrades and online highscore, so it will be addicting to try to beat the highscore and get the highest weapon upgrade. (in my opinion)

its rather hard :/

I'm done. :-P I will e-mail it in 2 days. That was the biggest project I have ever worked on, so I would like to see how well it does.

Van! You can! No problem.. We are giving everyone 7 days (until March 27th) to VERIFY we received their game! What's the point of having a good competition if some games are missing?!?

PLEASE GO HERE TO VERIFY WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR GAME:

Just got it working at my work PC, so I've emailed a link - hope that's ok.

Cheers,

7 MORE DAYS!!! Cool!!! Good job really... we have a file over 20MB!!! So we can fix that in time. Van-B has done a great job with the graphics I sent him, I'm just about to put some screen shots up, and some info about the game. Not sure what page to put it on yet.

The demo is in the Program announcements!!!

It's been a lot of fun watching the games appear. The competition has been a great success and a ton of good games have been made as a result. I would like to state that there was a 7 day extension that has been retracted due to it being a large mistake, public outcry, and the fact that all entries have been received. I assure you nothing like this will happen again in future competitions, as this was my FIRST one and it was a great learning experience!!

Please go to the following link to see all the great games made!

Ah well. Rules are rules. Krait will just have to be a DB Pro demo then. The graphics are 32 bit, we could heve got the game to 20MB by changing them to 24bit, but nevermind.

I'll try and get the squashed version to you as soon as humanly possible Matt, thanks. Not sure what you mean by DX check though, I never added anything like that, so it must be because of DBPro's need for the latest DX version .

I might try compiling in an older version, see if that changes anything.

You could lower the bitrate of the backdrop music.
