RE4 - I liked it but I'm not to keen on the overtly "trail and error" -style gameplay. Even to the point where you have to start from the beginning because you used up all your bullets.

@bond1 - I just think playing games just for the graphics kind of misses the point. Looking for better graphics is about immersion and sensation rather than "game". Zelda should never look realistic because the dungeons are completely fantastical and would never appear in the real world like that.

@Jeku - you are not alone in your dislike of "stressful" games! I believe the market is now beginning to open up for more-relaxed types gaming. I believe more chilled out games like Second life, Simcity and Animal Crossing will appear soon.

I was not big on it either, but then again none of the RE games have been all that thrilling for me. It was pretty, but just to blah for me.

as for good games

Super Monkey Ball 1-2
Mario Sunshine
Paper Mario thousand year door
Lego Star Wars 1-2
Metroid Prime
Destroy all Monsters (whole reason I bought a GC)
Hunter the Reckoning

I have converted to the wii now! Standing proudly next to this monitor, purring softly, chewing on excite truck....
Prince of Persia trilogy! Its not exclusive by any stretch of the imagination, but they are great nonetheless! Windwaker, eternal darkness, tales of symphonia... I'm sure they've all been mentioned

I dunno, I just don't like arcade games much anymore (meaning run & gun, shoot the bad guys before they get you, wash rinse repeat, etc.) Getting bored with that kind of gameplay, which is why I never really liked any of the Resident Evil games.

If I get to a point in a game where I messed up or made some mistake and have to backtrack, I will immediately power down the game and never play it. Life's too short for that kind of crap.
